Tridel introduces Atmosphere: signature suites at Front and John

Amid reports that sales of properties listed at $1.5 million or more are soaring in Toronto, Tridel  is introducing its own high-end line of luxury suites at the newly completed 300 Front Street West condominiums. Atmosphere is a collection of penthouse and signature suites on the top floors of the forty-nine-storey ultra-modern building across the street from the Rodgers Centre. The suites are “move-in ready,” and several are already sold out.

The Atmosphere collection includes the three-bedroom corner penthouse (PH1) with approximately 1,764 square feet and a wrap-around balcony approximately sixty feet long. priced from $1,640,000. Next door is PH2, with about 1,443 square feet and a price of $1,440,000. This three-bedroom penthouse (or two-bedroom plus study) has access to the approximately twenty-foot balcony from both the living/dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom with its walk-in closet and en suite occupy the entire west side of the apartment, making it feel like a separate, self-contained suite.
