Tridel announces Grand Opening of Parfait at Atria condos

The cherry on top of the cake, the dessert at the end of a great meal—the sweet food imagery is intentional as Tridel unveils Parfait, the fourth and final offering of chic boutique condominium homes at its hugely successful Atria master-planned community in North York. This is the weekend, March 5–6, to really get a taste of what life could be like at Parfait. Visit the presentation centre—details below—and choose the suite that’s right for your taste.

Conveniently located on Sheppard Avenue east of the 404/DVP, Parfait is also close to the Sheppard subway line, Fairview Mall and Bayview Village. A proposed light rail transit system along Sheppard would, if approved, add 13 kilometres of new fast transit along Sheppard, from the Don Mills subway station east to Morningside Avenue in Scarborough.

Suites at Parfait are “deliciously priced, delectably spacious,” ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, and starting at just $282,000. Suites
