Suite availability updates from Tridel

Suites at Tridel’s One Old Mill are selling out quickly. The building, now under construction on Bloor Street West at Old Mill Road in the west end, is a luxury community situated in one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

The latest suites to sell out are the two-bedroom with den (2P1+D) and the two-bedroom with terrace and family room (2VT+F) in the Signature Collection. Suites boast spacious, open-concept living areas, luxurious kitchens with ample countertops of granite or quartz, master bedrooms with large windows, and exquisitely appointed bathrooms. Toronto Region Builder Award: Leo DelZotto, president of Tridel

Tridel worked on the  One Old Mill development in partnership with the Humberview Group, whose president, John Esplen, paid tribute to Tridel president, Leo DelZotto on his being awarded the first ever Toronto Region Builder Award by the Toronto Region Board of Trade. The award was given in early February. Former Toronto Mayor David Miller comments in the video tribute that Leo DelZotto, and the Tridel team, “understood the need to build green before almost anybody else.”

Availability updates at other Tridel communities

Avani at Metrogate has released new one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, with or without den, at pre-construction prices. The last one-bedroom suite of the 1W2 design has sold out.

Part of the planned Metrogate community at Kennedy Road and 401 in Scarborough, Avani suites are priced from about $250k to $364,500.

The Metrogate development, which is a Tridel Built Green, Built for Life community, was awarded LEED Silver status by the United States Green Building Council. The community is built around the central Metrogate park, now complete.

Ten York

Many suites at Ten York are sold out. The latest update from Tridel lists several one-bedroom models that are down to the last one—1B, 1E, 1X, 1Y, 1C, 1D.

The popular one-bedroom plus den models on the higher floors are selling fast; 1H+D on floors 61 and 62 are gone. Another option for those looking for a home in the sky is the 1K+D, which has 1.5 baths. Two remain on the 61st and 62nd floors.
