More images of Tridel’s new Aqualina waterside condos

New photos and details are coming out about the fabulous Aqualina at Bayside condominiums from Tridel. The project was announced a little over a week ago, just as everyone started thinking about sun and water and the delights of summertime. Large crowds of interested potential buyers turned out at the Tridel head office for the unveiling of the scale models.

The building is designed by a Miami-based firm of architects, Arquitectonica, with offices around the world.  As with all Tridel properties, Aqualina will have exceptional amenities for the use of  its residents, including a state-of-the-art fitness centre, party rooms, billiards lounge, games room, theatre, private dining room, whirlpool spa and steam rooms.

Aqualina is part of Waterfront Toronto’s much-anticipated redevelopment of the waterfront area east of Jarvis Street on Queen’s Quay. The entire Bayfront community, of which Aqualina is the first residential component, is master-planned by Hines, the global real estate investment and management company. In keeping with Tridel’s commitment to green building, the Aqualina community will be constructed with the intent of  pursuing LEED Platinum certification—the highest rating in the LEED system.

Another feature sure to appeal to today’s buyer is the ultra-high-speed fiber optic broadband technology at Aqualina. With 100 mbps, internet connectivity will be among the fastest for residential construction—if not the fastest—in the city.
