First look at floor plans at new Aquavista condos from Tridel

Calling it “the next wave of waterfront living,” Tridel has announced the Grand Opening of Aquavista at Bayside. These are the new condos that will be next-door neighbours to the previously announced, mostly sold-out, Aqualina at Bayside. The two Tridel condo buildings are part of the master plan for this brand new neighbourhood being created by Hines International, under the auspices of Waterfront Toronto. Judging by the architect’s renderings, and the descriptions of the neighbourhood’s many cutting-edge features, this part of the waterfront will become a much-appreciated destination for Torontonians. Groundbreaking ceremony at 101 Erskine condos from Tridel

Tridel announced this week that preparations for construction are now underway on its mid-town condos, 101 Erskine. The architectural, engineering and construction drawings are finalized, says the announcement, and the excavation equipment has arrived on site. The official groundbreaking ceremony has taken place. The Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood is a textbook example of good mixed use development. Erskine Avenue itself has a long-standing mix of single-family dwellings and apartment buildings. Both Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue provide a rich ... Read More »

The head of Waterfront Toronto, John Campbell, called 500 mbps service a “game changer” for Toronto’s economic growth. It will change the way businesses and consumers use the Internet. From ... The new neighbourhood of East Bayfront will contain 3 million square feet of residential and commercial space, all on the water’s edge. As Tridel vice president of sales and marketing, Jim Ritchie, commented at the time, “There are few condominium locations which ... Read More »
