Canada’s chefs name top 10 food trends for 2014

Who knows better what people are eating than a chef? A market research firm wanted to know what Canadians are eating—or not eating—these days and surveyed more than 400 professional chefs to find out. It turns out that the hottest menu trend for 2014 is gluten-free food.
