Steady increase in demand for Toronto commercial real estate: CBRE

Steady and stable, leaner and meaner. More rental housing, lots more retail, and more office space downtown.  These are a few of the key trends we can expect to see in commercial real estate in Canada in 2014, as explored in a report from CBRE (Coldwell Banker Real Estate). Canada is in the midst of a new development cycle, the report says, with “tremendous development” in many of the country’s industrial markets, and “pockets” of retail and office space showing increased demand.
