Housing market “improved markedly” in May: TREB

There was a “dip” of 3.4 per cent in the number of homes sold in the GTA in May, compared to May of last year: 10,182 sales were processed through the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Multiple Listing Service in May. Single detached home sales were up year over year, particularly in the 416 area, where May sales were up 3 per cent over last year.
